The website explains the type of work Form & Figure can provide. Demos, calculations, workflow examples and illustrative outcomes are provided to help visitors understand the approach. They are not a promise that a particular project will achieve the same result.
Prices and estimates
Published prices and calculator totals are indicative starting points. They do not create a contract or fixed quotation. The scope, assumptions, deliverables, timing, fees, payment stages, hosting and support arrangements are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Introductory offer
Where the website shows an introductory discount, the displayed one-off prices already include it. Monthly hosting and support are not discounted. A paid £150 workflow review is credited against a later build when the written proposal confirms that the work is continuing as part of the same project.
Project responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying information and files they are authorised to use, explaining relevant requirements, reviewing prototypes and outputs, identifying security or regulatory obligations and approving the finished workflow. Form & Figure is responsible for delivering the agreed scope with reasonable skill and care.
Changes and additional work
Requests outside the written scope are discussed before extra work begins. Small refinements may be included where agreed; larger additions are quoted separately.
Ownership, data and handover
Project proposals set out ownership, source-code access, data export, deployment and handover arrangements. Business data remains the client’s. Ongoing hosting or maintenance is optional unless the chosen service or proposal expressly includes it.
Availability and third-party services
Demos may be reset, changed or temporarily unavailable. Production applications can depend on hosting, email, domain, backup or other third-party services. The relevant arrangements and responsibilities are agreed for each project.
