Lootweaver Privacy

Your choice

When Lootweaver first starts, you can enable its online features or choose offline play. If you choose offline play, asynchronous matchmaking and anonymous reporting are disabled. You can change this choice later in Settings.

What is stored

With your permission, Lootweaver creates a random public alias and an installation identifier. It may store your chosen hero, backpack item identifiers, run record, calculated backpack power, client version, achievement unlocks, broad feature-use events, run difficulty ratings, technical interruption reports and recent request counts.

If you voluntarily send feedback, Lootweaver also stores the feedback category and message together with relevant technical information such as the app version, operating-system version, device model, current screen, hero, battle number and record.

Lootweaver does not request or store your real name, email address, contacts, advertising identifier, precise location, photos or payment information.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide asynchronous matchmaking, improve game balance and usability, diagnose technical failures, prevent abuse and remove obsolete opponent snapshots.

Network traffic is encrypted using HTTPS. Information is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Retention

Inactive opponent snapshots are removed after 30 days. Anonymous gameplay and technical telemetry is removed after 90 days. A current matchmaking profile, current snapshots and voluntarily submitted feedback remain until you delete your online profile.

Delete your data

The fastest verified method is Lootweaver → Settings → Delete Online Profile & Data. This immediately removes your matchmaking profile and all associated snapshots, telemetry and feedback.

If you cannot access the app, contact the support address on the Lootweaver Google Play listing and include your random Lootweaver alias. Additional verification may be required to prevent somebody from deleting another player's data.

Children

Lootweaver is not directed at children under 13. If you believe information has been stored incorrectly or have a privacy question, use the support contact shown on the Google Play listing.
